PSYCH-K®
Encountered

My journey with PSYCH-K®️ began during one of the most life-changing periods of my life following the premature death of my partner, my son’s father in 2012.

In the midst of what should have been overwhelming grief, I experienced something I could not fully explain – not an ending, but a profound inner shift that awakened within me a deep desire to understand the human mind, emotional suffering, subconscious beliefs, and the deeper patterns that shape our lives.

I found myself searching for answers to questions I had carried quietly for years:

Why do some people remain trapped in suffering while others find a way to heal?

What role do subconscious beliefs, stress, trauma, and emotional patterns play in our wellbeing, relationships, and sense of self?

A series of synchronicities eventually led me to New York City 2013 to attend a Louise Hay– “I Can Do It” conference, where I first encountered the work of Dr. Bruce Lipton. Listening to him speak felt like something inside me suddenly made sense.

His teachings on the biology of belief deeply resonated with me and led me back to his book, ‘The Biology of Belief’, which had been sitting unread on my shelf for two years. I devoured it within days, and it was there that I first discovered PSYCH-K®️.

Something about the process spoke to me immediately — not only intellectually, but deeply intuitively. It felt simple, powerful, and profoundly aligned with what I had already begun sensing about the connection between the subconscious mind, the body, perception, and human transformation.

I went on to train extensively in the UK, completing the full series of PSYCH-K®️ workshops within three years, and I have been facilitating PSYCH-K®️ since 2014.

Over the years, this work has become far more than a professional modality to me. It has been part of my own journey of inner transformation, helping me shift unconscious patterns, reconnect with myself, and move toward greater inner peace, coherence, and authenticity.

Through Sovereign Heart, I now offer a grounded, compassionate, and deeply supportive space for others who feel ready to reconnect with themselves, shift limiting subconscious patterns, and create meaningful change from the inside out.

At the heart of my work is a simple belief:

when we feel safe enough to reconnect with who we truly are, change becomes possible in ways we often never imagined.

PSYCH-K®️

Reconnect the Conscious and Subconscious Mind

Sometimes you consciously know what you want… yet something deeper still resists the change.

You can see the pattern. Understand it. Even feel ready to move beyond it.

And yet the same emotional loops, reactions, or limitations continue. Not because you are broken.

But because the subconscious mind is still holding patterns designed for protection, not alignment.

What is PSYCH-K®️?

PSYCH-K®️ is a gentle, non-invasive process that supports communication between the conscious and subconscious mind.

Rather than forcing change through effort or willpower, it works at the level where beliefs, emotional responses, and automatic patterns are formed.

Change becomes less about “trying harder”… and more about internal alignment.

Why change can feel difficult

Sometimes the conscious mind wants one thing… while the subconscious is still prioritising safety, familiarity, or survival.

This internal conflict can show up as:

* anxiety or overwhelm

* self-sabotage

* emotional reactivity

* repeating relationship patterns

* procrastination or avoidance

* fear of visibility or success

PSYCH-K®️ helps create internal congruence - so change no longer feels like working against yourself.

The work

This is not about becoming someone else. It is about creating enough internal safety for your natural state to emerge.

Clients often describe feeling:

* calmer

* clearer

* more regulated

* less conflicted internally

PSYCH-K®️ Health & Wellbeing

This work also supports the connection between mind, emotions, stress, and the body.

It can be explored alongside:

* medical care

* therapy

* wellness practices

The focus is not on fixing the body- but on creating a more supportive internal environment.

A whole-person approach

PSYCH-K®️ is a complementary process. It does not diagnose or treat medical conditions. It supports emotional wellbeing, subconscious change, and nervous system regulation alongside appropriate care.

The real shift

Nothing is being “done to you. This is a process of reconnection - to clarity, safety, and your own internal alignment.

Begin here

You don’t need to force change. Sometimes the next step is creating the conditions where change finally feels safe enough to happen.
